Multi-Room Air Conditioning in Ossett

The Brief

An Ossett homeowner wanted a comfortable home in every season, cooling on hot summer days and a controllable heat boost in winter for rooms the central heating never quite reached. Rather than treat one room, they asked us to fit air conditioning across several rooms of the house, with quiet, efficient units and pipework kept as neat and discreet as possible.

What We Did

Our work included:

• Surveyed the property: We assessed each room and how it is used, then sized a unit correctly for every space so the system would perform without working harder than it needs to.
• Fitted wall-mounted indoor units: Air-to-air units were installed across several rooms, positioned for even air distribution and a tidy finish.
• Installed the outdoor condenser: The outdoor unit was sited to run quietly and efficiently, serving the indoor units across the home.
• Routed the pipework neatly: Refrigerant pipework was run and concealed as far as possible, keeping the finished installation clean and unobtrusive.
• Handled the refrigerant correctly: All of the refrigerant work was carried out by REFCOM F-Gas certified engineers, so the system was charged and sealed legally and to the right standard.
• Commissioned and handed over: Each unit was tested and set up for quiet, efficient running, and we showed the homeowner how to control heating and cooling room by room.

The Result

A multi-room air conditioning system that keeps the home comfortable all year round, cool in summer and warm in winter, with independent control in each room. The units run quietly and only work as hard as they need to, so they are economical to use. Because the refrigerant side was handled by F-Gas certified engineers, the installation meets the required legal and safety standards, and the homeowner was left with a clean, tidy finish.
